Overhaul

For an overhaul of your cylinder, you can come to us. The cylinder is first carefully disassembled. The cylinder will then be inspected for damage, including issues that may require honing and chrome plating. Based on this inspection, we will develop a repair strategy with you. The seals we use for the repair work are of high quality. If you have a preference for seals from a specific brand, we can accommodate this request and supply them as needed. When necessary we can make special seals in-house. This is necessary in cases where honing results in an oversized sleeve or when a rod becomes thinner after re-chroming. The seals will be carefully fitted and the cylinder will then be reassembled. After we have replaced the seals and made any modifications, we will carefully fill the cylinder with the desired oil and then test it extensively.
